Due to Canada Post being on strike, we will not be able to offer free untracked letter mail. Please choose "in-store pick up" when placing greeting cards and or stickers only. 

We will be using UPS for all tracked mail. if UPS is not offered in your area, we will contact you on the update of your order.

How much does shipping cost?

All prices stated on this website are in Canadian Dollars.

 

We offer Free Shipping by Canada Post on orders with greeting cards and/or stickers only. This does not include boxed cards.

Shipping can take 2-8 business days depending on distance from closest Canada Post location from our store.

When can I expect my order?

Your order will be processed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days. 

Shipping estimates provided at checkout do not include processing time, and only is applicable once the item ships and is in Canada Post's or USPS' possession.

Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email and provided with a Canada Post or USPS tracking number, with the exception of orders that contain ONLY greeting cards and/or stickers. Please be aware that greeting card/sticker only orders are shipped as untracked lettermail and may take longer than expected.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of arrival dates or tracking of your order once shipped, especially during busy holiday season. We ask that you allow extra time for delivery.

 

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes you can! You can avoid shipping costs by picking up your order in-store for free! 

Simply select the "Pick up" Delivery Method option during checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email letting you know when your order is ready for pick up. Please note pickup is only available during store hours, please refer to our "Contact Us" page for store hours.

If you experience issues please call us at 416-324-8333 and we will assist you.

We will reach out to you via phone and/or email regarding your order up to three times to ensure you are aware that the order is ready. After our third correspondence or attempt to contact you, your order will be held for another 90 days after which the items will be donated.  

If you have not received an email, please make sure to check your junk mail.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! There is a fee for this service of $9.99. You must select Dlvvr at checkout. We offer next-day delivery via Dlvvr within 20km or less distance from our store address, however, this is not always a guarantee. Dlvvr is a local on-demand next-day delivery service for Toronto businesses. The service compares themselves to Uber Eats in how they operate. Dlvvr does not schedule deliveries. 

Where do you ship?

Currently, we are only shipping within Canada and to the Continental United States.

We ship via Canada Post within Canada and USPS to the United States.

All products are shipped from our store in downtown Toronto. We thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, to ensure that there are no damages or defects. We take special care to package your order safely so that they may arrive in perfect condition.
