Online Return Policy

Return/ exchange policy for online orders - SHIPPING

If you would like to return an item please contact us at info@juxtaposeannex.com before sending your package back. We will coordinate the return with you.

All returns or cancelled orders are subject to a 4% restocking fee, which helps cover processing costs and restocking inventory.

This return policy is valid within 14 days of the order’s ship date. You must contact us by email within 14 days of the ship date to qualify for a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, all items:

  • must be accompanied by their original receipt/packing slip
  • must be in original packaging and condition
  • must be unused/unworn with seals and tags still in place
  • must be packaged properly for return shipping to ensure it is not damaged in transit

Please note: Shipping and handling costs related to returned orders will not be refunded. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return an item. When shipping an item for a return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in the mail. 

Return/ exchange policy for online orders - IN-STORE PICKUP

Orders placed for in-store pickup have a window of 14 days for exchange or store credit from the time the order is picked up. 

To be eligible for a return, all items:

  • must be in original packaging and condition
  • must be unused/unworn with seals and tags still in place

If you change your mind before picking up your order, please contact us at (416)324-8333 or email info@juxtaposeannex.com. A refund may be permitted at a manager’s discretion. If you change your mind about your order upon picking it up, before you have left the store, please let our staff know. A refund may be permitted at a manager’s discretion.

General Return Policies

Gift receipts on regular merchandise are valid for exchange or store credit only within 30 days of the initial purchase date with a limit of one exchange per transaction.

No multiple exchanges and/or store credit will be granted.

There will be no exceptions after 30 days.

Final Sale Items

Please be aware that the following online items are final sale: Holiday Cards (Mother's Day, Father's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Lunar New Year, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Passover, Easter, Rosh Hashanah, Eid, Ramadan, Christmas, Hanukkah, Valentine's Day), face coverings, eyeglasses, earrings, scrunchies, hair clips, perfume, grooming products, plants, books, sale items, and holiday merchandise. 

Online Order Pick-Up Policies

We will reach out to you via phone and/or email regarding your order up to three times to ensure you are aware that the order is ready. After our third correspondence or attempt to contact you, your order will be held for another 90 days after which the items will be donated.  

If you have not received an email, please make sure to check your junk mail.
